Rava Urundai which is healthy and sweet in taste  that is perfect for kids and adults healthy snack.

Ingredients

Rava – 1 cup

Water - 1 ½ cup

Jaggery- 1½ cup to 2 cup

Coconut – ½ cup (Grated)

Maida – 1cup

Riceflour -2tsp

Salt - A pinch

Cardamom Powder a pinch

 

Instructions

Boil water and add jaggerycand, mix well.

Once the jaggery melts, filter the water to remove dust particles in Jaggery.

Again heat the filtered jaggery water and add in roasted rava and stir with medium flame.

Once the mixture thickens, add a grated coconut and cardamom powder and stir well.

Once the mixture thickens, turn off the flame and Allow it to cool for few minutes.

Then make a small balls and keep it aside.

Mix maida flour, rice flour and a pinch of salt with water in a separate bowl. (dosa flour consistency)

Heat oil in a pan, dip the balls in maida flour mixture and put into the oil pan.

Once it turns golden brown, take out and serve hot.
